Need a crappy font?
I resisted sharing this font for quite a while because of how crappy looking it is—by design, let’s say. But then I found myself using it a lot for various mini-projects where I wanted to make something look crude or rushed, and was in too much of a rush to write with the mouse. Hm! So here it is, just in case.
OpenType stuff
As with all of my handwritten fonts, “Mousedrawn” comes with OpenType features to enhance the illusion that it is actual handwriting, in this case done with a computer mouse. With contextual alternatives turned on, the second letter in a double letter string (i.e. “aa“) is replaced automatically by a slightly-different version of the same letter.
